It is deliciious and it's easy to make up a big batch that will last for a day or two. It's good for settling the stomach too

Yogi tea is good.. I have drunk it a few times... It really tasty...Emily how do you prepare fennel tea? I chew fennel seeds whenever I have digestion problems.. It really helps.. The tea must be helpful too.. I'd be grateful if you could post in your recipe..

Hey.. yogi tea is what i drink every day..!!! I mean I used to call it regular tea till now... I some times ad the spices for a change but mostly I have it plain with milk and honey added to it

It happenes so some times

well I dont know if fennel tea comes in the form of leaves or something. But I boil the seeds for a few minutes and add a little flavour to it by adding ginger and some kind of sweetner..
