yes, I love fennel tea. I used to work with some indian guys and they would chew fennel seeds after every meal as an aid to digestion. I took up the practice and it really helps!

Did you ever make yogi tea? I made it this morning, but I quess I put to much ginger in it, but its a nice tea :!:

No - Yogi tea is an Indian tea similar to Chai. Here's a recipe I often use:

Add to one quart of water:

16 peppercorns
12 whole cloves
6 slices of fresh ginger root
6 to 7 small sticks of cinnamon
Boil at medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Then add ½ cup honey and ½ cup soy, rice or cow's milk.
Have the milk slightly warm before adding.
Variation: You can add a tea bag of black or green tea or steep a few leaves in the yogi tea if you like.
