Herb tea, as distinct from black tea, is made from plants, using not just leaves, but also flowers, roots, bark and seeds. Because it can be made from blends of many different plants, herb tea exists in a kaleidescope of distinctively different flavors, colors and aromas.

Thats probably why herb tea is more on the refreshing and enlighting side... Regular however ever are not that very much refreshing..

Is herb tea some specific brand??? or can the regular green and lemongrass teas also be called as herb tea?

No I guess this tea is some other kind of blend. It may be package or something else..

@tea_lover.. can you pls post the constituents of this tea?

An herbal tea, is an herbal infusion made from anything other than the leaves of the tea bush. An herbal tea is simply the combination of boiling water and dried fruit, flower or herb. Enjoy this tea my friends. For more information
