I've found that tea makes my acid reflux worse. Has anyone else noticed if tea does that to them?

I never suffered from such problem.. In your case tea girl it might be due to some specific brand or some allergies. I hope you dont take your cup of tea empty stomach>? Because it does more harm then benefit if taken with an empty stomach.

Drinking black teas empty stomach can cause problems ranging from minor acid refluxes to major and complex problems like ulcer and obesity... Other green teas are however less damagin but they must also be avoided as tea learner said

Well.. To admit the truth I did develop a habbit of consuming black tea the first thing in the morning.. I usually skip breakfast... Is this the reason to my acid refluxes??
