Be very careful with Kombucha, I used it a few years ago and developed allergic dermatitis from it. It took me about 5 months to get rid of it. The doctor wouldn't even prescribe anything.
So i got desperate and started reading what would help ease the problem. I grow comfrey in the garden and i started soaking my face in comfrey tea all day long and after about 3-4 days the dermatitis started letting up. I had a few flare ups after that.
But since then i am very careful what i take in my body or put on my face.
I researched this stuff and bought a book on it and still ended up having problems. I will never touch that stuff again.

I have been brewing and drinking Kombucha tea for about 10 years.

It is a great stuf if you use common sense and stick to the instructions. As you well know anything could be bad for you if you abuse it.

I was extremely careful. I always check everything out very, very carefully. I just developed an allergic reaction.
Not everyone can avoid problems, with everything. What works for some may not work for others. That of course has been proven time and again. I still will never consider kombucha again and i still say to be careful.

The web sites out there that claim Kombucha Tea is deadly are either written by conventional doctors or the FDA. I wouldn't believe either one of them if I were you, they want you to take drugs not anything that will help you.

Kombucha Tea is a wonderful drink with no side effects. Anyone who has a problem with it is either starting out drinking too much or their body is so toxic they confuse feeling bad with detoxing. KT will drain all the toxins out of the body and leave you feeling wonderful. There is a catch, you must drink twice the amount of water because it is a diuretic.
