Flavoured White Teas 1 Year, 7 Months ago Karma: 1  
I recently bought a white tea flavored with peach. I find that after the first brewing the peach is nearly undetectable. Is that to be expected? Is the essence (meaning the white tea) still useful at that point? Or should it just be brewed longer? The maker recommended 5-6 minutes, but I used 1:30 and the first brew was fine.

I havent heard of flavoured white teas ever before. This peach flavoured one sounds tasty... However I havent tasted it yet..

@ tea_girl.. Did the packet contain some kind of special instructioons for brewing?? I mean the taste was lost probably because you brewed it for longer than the time required.

Well I threw away the packing :oops: I have the habbit of transferring teas inot air tight jars once I've opened them ... So I cant say what the brewing time was suggested in the package
