How to differentiate between "China Jasmine Pearl " and "Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl" tea.
I had read at some website that a characteristic of Guangdong Province Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl is its select fine pluckings (two leaves and a bud). Compared to the images of the regular China Jasmine Pearl tea from that site, the Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls looked as if they were made from younger green tea leafs (silvery and hairy).
I am just wondering whether these are the typical characteristics for Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl.

It sounds like a very fine tea - especially if you can see the fine hairs - this is usually from a young spring tea.

The name itself though may not mean anything - it could be the name used by that particular vendor and may be different from the actual Chinese name so its hard to tell what the tea actually is.
